Rebate offer applies to Sierra Guitars Acoustic-Electric models only -- including Alpine, Sunrise, Tahoe, and Palisades series guitars. Offer valid only on end user purchases made at Sierra-authorized retail stores in the United States between December 18th and December 31, 2009. Rebate offer is only available to original end user purchasers; distributors, retailers, and other resellers of Sierra products are not eligible for rebates. Offer limited to (1) rebate redemption per purchaser. Rebate submission must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2009. Sierra Guitars will not honor submissions that are fraudulent, incomplete, or submissions from corporate/business entities, clubs, or organizations. Sierra Guitars is not responsible for any submissions that are lost, late, illegible, subject to postage due, or undeliverable for any reason. Rebate submissions not including proper documentation (completed official mail-in rebate form and a legible copy of the dated sales receipt including name and address of authorized retail store where the Sierra Guitar was purchased) will be ineligible. If the guitar was purchased from a Sierra-authorized online retailer, and a traditional sales receipt is unavailable, submission must include the completed official mail-in rebate form and the actual UPC label from the carton as proof of purchase. All rebate requests and submitted materials become the property of Sierra Guitars and will not be returned. Allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for mailing of rebate check.
